They curate boxes of vegetables, meats, seafood and other grocery items and deliver every week. They have relationships with farmers and growers within 300 miles of NYC, with plans to expand farther. Finally, Farmer Doug opines about how 800 dairy farms in Minnesota went out of business, due to the mega-factory dairies. He believes that smaller farms need to be beefed up.
