My name is Ken Jenkins - I'm a professional coach, author, and crisis response strategist. In my career, I've responded to fourteen mass fatality events; events have changed the lives of countless individuals, from those directly involved to the families, friends, and coworkers of those who were lost - and even myself from time to time. Over the course of my career, I've met people from all walks of life, and it's out of those very relationships that this podcast was born.

The pain can be overwhelming; manifesting itself in a variety of different manners that most might not expect.
