1 MAG 2019 · In this episode, Zain discusses the two sides to the divisive figure, Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman of Saudi Arabia. MBS, as he is known has turned the world’s attention towards Saudi Arabia for multiple reasons over the past few years. Is he progressive prince who will lead Saudi Arabia and the Arab states at large further into the 21st Century? Or is he a symbol of oppression, someone desperate to consolidate his power over the Kingdom and spread his influence across the world?
Zain will explore both sides of these arguments as well as what the Crown Prince could possibly hold for the future. Also, a part of this episode is the wider discussion about the importance of context in how we perceive authoritarian leaders
9 APR 2019 · This first episode of April is hosted by Sam and will be about the struggle of independence that has been ongoing for almost a millennium in the region of Catalonia.
Sam deconstructs the issue with our normal, neutral lense, looking specifically into the conditions that have caused and continues to stir the ongoing quarrel, both from the Spanish government and from the Catalan government, and how history and psychology have shaped the conflict.
This episode also marks the first episode in two episodes in April 2019. Due to increasing positive feedback and increasing success of the show, we have decided to release two episodes every month, as opposed to one episode a month. This has all been done to show our appreciation, and in the episode, Sam will speak about this change too!

prosperous country now lays on the brink of collapse. The crisis goes back many years and Oliver
will be taking you on a journey through time discussing figures such as Chavez, Guido and
Maduro.
He will be looking at the situation through the lenses of the three main stakeholders involved in
the situation. It is an episode you cannot miss and in a time where Venezuela is talked about by
every news outlet, this will come as refreshing clarification on the topic.

11 FEB 2019 · Zain will be talking about the historic conflicts between the Rohingya community and Myanmar. The conflict is deep rooted in history, and this will be deeply explored in this episode.
Zain will also look at human rights abuse and the treatment of the Rohingya people, both as inhabitants on Myanmar and as refugees, with a focus on a UN report on the matter. Zain will also look into the laws of Myanmar and how they play into the treatment of the Rohingya.
Zain will also look into the different perspectives in the conflict, including those of the Rohingya, Myanmar, Bangladesh and the United Nations.

6 DIC 2018 · Finally, here is a first podcast in our conventional format! We hope you enjoy!
Sam will be telling the story of the 70 year long quarrel between the US and North Korea, looking in detail at the history of the conflict, and what has been done in the past and present.
Obviously Sam will also be looking at both sides, and will be going into great detail on why the North Koreans have behaved the way they have, looking at what life is like in the secretive nuclear state.
He will also touch on how North and South Koreas history, and how one economy prospered, and the other didn't. This will then nicely link into how the nations have developed to those we know today.

In this short podcast, Sam will be begin by introducing our method and mission - so essentially he will be explaining what and why we do what we do on our podcast.
After explaining this, we will move on to introducing who we are - each of us three hosts tell you about ourselves, so that you know who is talking behind the microphone.
Furthermore, Zain will be elaborating on what you should expect in series 1, and will be giving you some teasers of what topics we will be scrutinizing in the coming series!
