These initiatives were made possible through the support of the American Bible Society, Moody Bible Institute, Word Records, and an NBA owner who shared the Christian faith. More than ten thousand Psalm Books were distributed to attendees, and representatives from the American Bible Society greeted families and fans throughout the concourse. Word Records, part of Warner Records, provided leading Contemporary Christian artists for halftime and post game performances. Peter’s ministry efforts led to invitations to appear on “More Than Conquerors” on the Trinity Broadcast Network with Chris Paul and Coach Byron Scott. He was also invited to the Dove Awards and to the Moody Bible Institute, further affirming the reach of God’s work in his life. “Toward the Lord” brings these experiences and lessons directly to listeners.
