2 OTT 2026 · On this episode of The Vision TV Show, Pastor LeaAnn Pendergrass joins Tracey Armstrong, Destiny Yarbrough, Pastor Jearlyn Dennie and Day Gardner in welcoming Renee Rollins, a songwriter, psalmist and worship leader with a deep love for Israel. A connection with filmmaker Lisa Burkhardt Worley led her to contribute “There Are No Words” to the Holocaust documentary Their Blood Cries Out. Written as a lament, the song imagines the anguish of a person facing death while trusting that the Father sees and remembers.
Renee believes Christians should support Israel and lovingly share the message of Yeshua. The hosts recount visiting Israel, praying with hostage families and meeting people open to Christian prayer and the gospel, including a guide who accepted Jesus. Rollins says her music honors Jewish tradition while helping listeners recognize Jesus as the promised Messiah. Worship acknowledging the Jewishness of Jesus also helps Christians understand their faith's roots.
Her songs frequently use Hebrew names and biblical images. “Adonai” emerged after a remarkable medical experience involving a growth in her sphenoid sinus. Before surgery, Renee believed God had told her the growth would disappear; when she awoke, the physician reported that it was not there. She wrote the song as praise for divine healing and the voice of God that calls His people. Another composition centers on the Shekinah glory, expressing her desire for God's manifest presence to bring healing, restoration and miracles into individual lives and ministries.
Rollins has not yet sung in Israel, but the hosts pray that the opportunity will open. A song she wrote for the documentary received recognition at the Near Nazareth Festival in Bethlehem, an honor she compares to winning a Dove Award. She describes writing Messianic songs with Dino Gilley after experiencing a powerful moment of worship in a Messianic Jewish congregation in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. That encounter deepened her desire to embrace biblical feasts, teach her children and grandchildren, and explore how Israel's spiritual heritage can lead worshipers into greater reverence for God.
The conversation moves from Israel to holiness, worship and the Tabernacle of David. Destiny discerns a “key of David” over Rollins's ministry—an anointing to unlock worship for a new generation. Renee responds that the Tabernacle illustrates both God's holiness and the gospel: humanity cannot approach Him casually, yet Yeshua provides the one way to enter. She believes the present hour calls Christians to be set apart as a faithful remnant. The names of God matter in worship, she adds, because the Lord delights when His children call upon and praise Him personally.
Renee also shares a second healing testimony. At a National Religious Broadcasters convention, Rabbi Kirt Schneider placed his hand on her and prayed without being told about her condition. She says she was healed of multiple sclerosis and returned the following year to tell him, strengthening his message that signs, wonders and the gospel can reach Jewish people. Even while living with myasthenia gravis, a neuromuscular illness that can affect speech, Renee sees her ability to sing as a daily expression of God's sustaining grace. She continues to believe for further breakthrough and for strength each time she enters the studio.
Renee presents “Yeshua, the Holy Promised One,” proclaiming Jesus as the Messiah foretold by the prophets, the healer, risen Son and promised King. Alveda King joins the hosts afterward and affirms that the song and Rollins's ministry are for this moment. Renee says worship has carried her through pain by reminding her that God remains close to the brokenhearted, thinks continually about His children and never sleeps. Her online work with the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association likewise allows her to tell people around the world that Jesus loves them and is sufficient for every need.
The episode closes by recognizing producer Michael Vigil's grief following his brother's death and dedicating the ministry of the song to him and to everyone experiencing loss. Renee Rollins speaks directly to those grieving a parent, facing illness, enduring marriage problems or mourning a death. She assures them that God sees their pain and invites viewers who do not know Jesus to receive Him. Her prayer asks Christ to draw near, take control and provide shalom peace. The program ultimately presents faith and purpose as inseparable: suffering can become worship, healing can become testimony, and a song rooted in Scripture can carry hope to Israel and to broken hearts everywhere. 18 SET 2026 · On this episode of The Vision TV Show, Destiny Yarbrough joins Pastor Tracey Armstrong, Day Gardner, Pastor LeaAnn Pendergrass and Pastor Jearlyn Dennie in welcoming Charlene Baktamarian, founder of God's View TV Shows and president of Spirit of the Lord Ministries. An apostolic and prophetic minister, artist, author and broadcaster, Charlene celebrates receiving an Angel Award after 19 years of nominations. She and the hosts emphasize that Christian ministries should support rather than compete with one another.
Charlene says her lifelong answer to what she wanted to become was simply that she wanted to help people. That calling drives her to remain available until everyone seeking prayer has received personal ministry. She believes apostolic and prophetic prayer can establish something meaningful and stresses speaking Scripture. Declaring God's Word, she says, gives the Holy Spirit something to breathe upon and redirects her toward destiny.
Her commitment to helping others shaped her work in television. After the Denver television studio where she hosted closed, Baktamarian felt God tell her to build a network that would give unknown Christian voices opportunities unavailable on major platforms. She and her husband faced ridicule and enormous financial risk, but moved ahead in faith. A call to the Federal Communications Commission unexpectedly connected her with a decision-maker who directed her to a world-class engineer. Within six months, the network, licenses and towers were in place—an accomplishment she describes as a miracle made possible by obeying God's instruction before every resource was visible.
Asked how she distinguishes God's voice from her own ideas, Charlene describes an inner knowing accompanied by peace, personal confirmation and an ongoing relationship with God. She advises newer believers to seek confirmation rather than rushing ahead. She also recalls a time when fear made her believe God had forbidden a property purchase, but His clearer direction exposed the anxiety and led to land that became a blessing. The lesson, she says, is that God does not set His children up to fail; He guides them personally and faithfully when they listen.
Obedience nevertheless brought hardship, including mockery, slander and attacks against the ministry. Baktamarian candidly describes learning to bless those who persecuted her instead of retaliating. She came to understand that opposition often reacts to confidence and anointing, and that following Jesus cannot depend on universal approval. Her forthcoming book, When Life Has You Running, draws on one of her horse paintings and challenges readers to choose whether they will give up, give in or give life everything they have. Its message calls people from fear and old identities into faith, perseverance and purposeful action.
Charlene sees herself as a frontline warrior who fights for children, the church and people unable to fight for themselves. Her goal is helping others thrive, even if their platforms become greater than hers. She connects that generosity to her difficult childhood in a Detroit drug house, where abuse, rejection and danger defined her world. What taught her to survive became preparation to serve. She tells young people facing addiction, pain or rejection that God can transform their mess into a message and that they possess a purpose and destiny worth pursuing.
Alveda King's “You Are My God” reinforces the conversation's focus on trusting God through persecution, trials and rejection. Baktamarian describes rejection as redirection that built the character required for international ministry in places such as Africa and Japan. She uses the word TRUST as a reminder to move under the supernatural Teacher in His timing and to recognize that even God's “no” can be protection from a future disaster.
The episode also explores the unseen sacrifices behind public ministry. Charlene has given time with family, finances and health, enduring cancer and major surgery while continuing to obey her call. She encourages viewers to reject false voices, renew their thinking and speak life over themselves, warning that thoughts and imagination are silently spoken words waiting to shape reality. Her closing message urges people to carry who they are out loud, believe God's truth above past labels and go “all in” with faith. Through her testimony, the program presents perseverance not as denial of hardship, but as choosing trust, service and purpose in the middle of it. 4 SET 2026 · On this episode of The Vision TV Show, Day Gardner joins Pastor Jearlyn Dennie, Destiny Yarbrough and Pastor LeaAnn Pendergrass in welcoming Billy Gaines, a two-time Dove Award-winning gospel recording artist, songwriter, speaker and minister whose Christian music career spans more than four decades. Gaines shares how his love of singing began in Richmond, Virginia, where his mother first noticed his voice as he sang along with Ray Charles on the radio. His strongest early musical foundation, however, came from singing hymns beside his mother at the piano.
Gaines explains that gospel music was not merely a career choice but a calling. After becoming a Christian at age 16, he asked God what to do with his life and felt directed toward music. Rather than describing himself as a traditional preacher, he views each song as a three-minute sermon—an opportunity to communicate biblical truth clearly and repeatedly. His songwriting grows from personal experience interpreted through Scripture, while his concerts begin with prayer, humility and a desire for God's presence to accomplish more than talent alone could achieve.
Offering guidance to aspiring artists, Gaines urges them to begin with genuine dedication and a clear sense of calling. Success, he says, means little if a person succeeds at something God never assigned. He encourages musicians to seek divine direction instead of relying solely on their own plans. The hosts also ask whether singers can improve, prompting Gaines to recommend recording, listening and practicing so performers can recognize and correct pitch problems. Yet technique is not his ultimate measure: music matters most when it moves the listener and carries an anointing that leads to salvation, healing, deliverance and worship.
The conversation becomes personal as Gaines reflects on losing his mother in 1988. She had been his greatest supporter and once firmly discouraged him from abandoning music for the Air Force. The very next day, he received a call about a record deal from Nashville, confirming that he should continue. Later, after moving to Nashville by faith and wondering whether the opportunity would work, he received distribution and publishing agreements with Lorenz Creative Services, which became connected with Benson Records. These experiences taught him to look for evidence of God's faithfulness even when a dramatic breakthrough has not yet appeared.
Gaines recalls meeting gospel artist Danniebelle Hall at the 1977 Gospel Fest in Hampton, Virginia, and being so nervous that he humorously mixed up the name of the group 2nd Chapter of Acts. He also discusses his work with his late wife, Sarah, as Billy and Sarah Gaines. As Black artists in the inspirational gospel market, they helped open doors for others. When asked whom Benson Records should sign, he immediately recommended Commissioned, whose members included Fred Hammond. Gaines says his next release will be grounded in the cross and the blood of Jesus, themes he believes contemporary Christian music needs to proclaim directly.
Rachelle Fletcher shares a song written with her daughter about freedom from fear, pain and shame through Jesus. Afterward, Gaines discusses an unexpected acting opportunity in a musical film, where he portrayed Moses and sang “God of the How and When.” The door opened after a service job brought him into contact with Kathie Lee Gifford, who later encouraged him to audition. He also shares lines from “Other Side of This Trial,” written during a season of anxiety and fear. The song expresses confidence that God's hand will carry him across life's difficult river and make him a better man with a deeper history of divine deliverance.
Looking toward the next generation, Gaines urges gospel artists not to be ashamed of Scripture or obscure their message. Authentic communication should be direct, accurate and rooted in God's Word. Asked about his desired legacy, he answers simply that he wants to be remembered as someone who trusted and loved God with all his heart. That musical legacy continues through his three children, who work as singers, songwriters, producers, arrangers and speakers. He hopes for new opportunities to tour, while Pastor LeaAnn prays for fresh songs, open doors and blessing over his family and ministry. Gaines closes by encouraging discouraged viewers to trust God, remain surrendered and follow His purpose even when it differs from their own expectations. 21 AGO 2026 · On this episode of The Vision TV Show, host Destiny Yarbrough is joined by Dr. Day Gardner, Pastor Jearlyn Dennie and Pastor LeaAnn Pendergrass for a conversation with singer-songwriter, worship leader and ministry founder Rachelle Fletcher. Rachelle shares how her vision grew from a lifelong love of music and worship into a calling to teach, gather women and help people recognize their God-given identity and purpose. Drawing on Habakkuk’s instruction to write the vision clearly, she explains that vision may shift, but believers must seek God and faithfully pursue what He places before them.
Rachelle reflects on becoming a pastor’s wife and co-pastor at only 26, when she and her husband pioneered churches and served local communities with very limited resources. When families came to them needing food, toys, utility assistance and other practical help, the couple committed to giving whatever was in their hands and connecting people with others who could meet the need. That commitment eventually became The Goodness Project, an outreach that has helped steward millions of dollars in resources, supported more than 1,000 charities and opened doors for people in crisis to experience the love of Christ. Rachelle emphasizes that assistance should never be treated merely as a transaction. Meeting a need builds a relationship, creates an opportunity to share the gospel and demonstrates the goodness of God in a tangible way.
The discussion turns to Rachelle’s work through The Gathering for Women, where she encourages women to reject limiting labels, understand their identity and step confidently into their callings. She believes women should celebrate one another instead of competing, recognize gifts that others may not yet see in themselves and connect emerging leaders with the people and resources that can help them move forward. Her goal is to foster generational impact while creating a community in which women hold one another accountable, remain humble and feel free to be authentic. Influence, she says, brings greater responsibility, and leaders need trusted people who will sharpen them and help them resist pride and isolation.
Rachelle also speaks candidly about pressures her family faced in pastoral ministry. Church members sometimes placed unrealistic expectations on her children or treated her as though she were superhuman. She responded with vulnerability, reminding others that pastoral families experience pain, make mistakes and need grace. Rather than placing leaders on pedestals, believers should keep Jesus at the center. She credits her prayerful mother with teaching her to trust God and encourages families to cultivate His presence at home so children can know God personally.
As her ministry expanded beyond music, Rachelle and her husband served internationally, including helping address a need presented by the mayor of Jerusalem. The experience confirmed that influence is not about status, but using access and resources for others. She urges believers to practice generosity and describes dominion as faithful stewardship of everything God provides.
The panel explores what it means for Christians to walk in spiritual authority. Rachelle explains that believers are seated with Christ, have access to His kingdom and are called to bring order where there is chaos. Walking in dominion begins with trusting God, agreeing with His Word and remembering that His power works through His people. Circumstances may not immediately change, but Christ can renew the heart and transform one’s perspective. Rachelle says trials can produce spiritual oil and strength, and she encourages women to stir up their gifts, move beyond insecurity and remember that their calling is about God’s message rather than personal recognition.
Rachelle performs her original song “Water in My Desert,” written during a season when she could not solve what she was facing. She explains that hope came when she laid her struggle before Jesus, trusting that she was not alone and God was not surprised. The song grew out of that difficult place to offer hope to others. She encourages viewers to rely on the Holy Spirit and recognize that believers are a royal priesthood—called, equipped and anointed to carry His voice and speak for the voiceless, including vulnerable children.
The program closes with an invitation to receive Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord and embrace a new beginning. Rachelle invites viewers to connect with her and The Goodness Project online. Her message remains clear: identity, humility, generosity, accountability and trust in God enable people to turn worship into influence and bring His goodness into the lives of others. 7 AGO 2026 · On this episode of The Vision TV Show, Pastor LeaAnn Pendergrass welcomes Pastor Jearlyn Dennie, Destiny Yarbrough, Day Gardner, and special guest Jill Woolbright for a conversation about truth, transparency, parental rights, and the protection of children. The hosts reflect on visits to the White House, the role of faith in government, and the importance of prayer, truth and conviction in public life.
Woolbright is introduced as a longtime advocate for children who taught for 28 years and served for two years on the Flagler County School Board in Florida. She explains that caring for children has always been both a gift and a calling. That commitment compelled her to publicly address practices she believed were harmful, even when doing so brought intense opposition. Her first board vote involved adding gender identity to the district's nondiscrimination policy. The measure passed three to two, and she says it opened the door to other concerning policies.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, remote learning gave parents a closer look at what their children encountered in school. While preparing for a meeting, Woolbright discovered that students could use different names or gender identities at school and indicate that their parents should not be informed. She brought the forms and procedures into a public board discussion so families could understand what was happening. Parents were shocked, she says, and many initially struggled to believe the practices had existed for years.
Drawing on her teaching experience, Woolbright stresses that parents and guardians are children's first teachers and that education depends on cooperation between school and family. She recalls building relationships with parents, stepparents and other caregivers because their knowledge helped her serve each student. Asked about homeschooling, private schools and public education, she supports parental choice and believes families should determine the setting that best meets a child's needs. She credits Florida lawmakers with creating stronger parental protections and procedures for reviewing school materials.
The conversation then turns to Woolbright's effort to remove a sexually explicit book from a middle-school setting. She says her objection centered on age appropriateness and protecting 11-year-old students, not the author's race or sexual orientation. After reading the book and studying Florida law, she filed a police report and advocated for its removal from schools while recognizing that adults remained free to obtain it elsewhere. The dispute drew national attention, and Woolbright says coverage portrayed her as racist and homophobic instead of addressing the material available to children. Critics also used remarks she made at church to challenge its tax-exempt status.
Woolbright describes how the controversy affected her family, friendships and professional relationships. Some longtime teaching colleagues turned against her, and support was slow to develop because people initially did not believe her. As more information became public, parents, pastors and churches began to stand with her. Although she lost friends and ultimately her election, she says faith and her God-given passion for children kept her steadfast. She views later parental-rights protections and the process for removing explicit materials as evidence that truth emerged.
The hosts place Woolbright's story within the broader importance of education as a sphere of cultural influence. They warn that children encounter mature ideas in schools, television and entertainment, urging adults to remain attentive. The discussion acknowledges that review efforts can go too far and not every challenged book warrants removal. Woolbright maintains, however, that the book at the center of her case had no appropriate value for children of that age.
Rachelle Fletcher performs “Let Love Win,” reinforcing the call to answer division with truth, compassion and unity. Afterward, Woolbright says the Lord's truth was made known. The hosts commend her willingness to act despite the consequences and announce that she is again seeking a Flagler County School Board seat. Pastor Jearlyn closes in prayer, asking God to protect and strengthen Woolbright, guide her work, and bring change to schools across America. The episode challenges parents, churches and community members to protect children, participate in education and courageously stand for their convictions. 17 LUG 2026 · In this powerful episode of The Vision, Day Gardner, Destiny Yarbrough, Pastor LeaAnn Pendergrass, and Pastor Jearlyn Dennie welcome Apostle Jacquie Tyre for a discussion on spiritual maturity, apostolic leadership, prayer, and the importance of aligning every area of life with God’s purposes. Introduced as a prophetic voice, author, speaker, and founder of CityGate Atlanta, Tyre shares her personal testimony of transformation. Although she came to faith at a young age and spent her life in church, she recalls a defining encounter with God after years of disappointment and struggle. During that season she sensed the Lord asking whether she was tired of living life her own way. When she surrendered fully and committed to giving God her time and attention, she began to see dreams and promises restored. She explains that God revived a vision she had received years earlier and faithfully brought it to fulfillment.
The conversation centers on God’s ability to redeem lost time and restore purpose. Tyre explains that many believers have accepted limitations that God never intended for them. Fear, disappointment, and past failures often cause people to abandon their calling or settle for less than God desires. She encourages viewers to reject small thinking and embrace the unique assignment God has placed on their lives. She also emphasizes the importance of unity, noting that division, insecurity, and competition frequently hinder the Body of Christ from functioning effectively.
A major focus of the episode is a prophetic word concerning the current season. Tyre explains that God is dropping a spiritual plumb line among His people and measuring words and conversations. Too often, believers speak negatively about themselves, their families, or their circumstances without realizing the influence those words carry. Drawing from biblical principles about the power of the tongue, she encourages Christians to become intentional about speaking life, faith, truth, and hope. The hosts discuss the importance of blessing children, strengthening families, and speaking positively over communities and the nation.
Tyre clarifies that guarding speech does not mean avoiding truth. Instead, believers are called to speak truth through the heart of the Father and under the guidance of the Holy Spirit. Referencing the biblical instruction to speak the truth in love, she explains that correction, leadership, and difficult conversations should always be rooted in God’s desire for redemption. Spending time in God’s presence equips believers to respond with wisdom and grace rather than reacting emotionally.
The discussion also highlights Tyre’s passion for prayer, intercession, and regional transformation. She shares how God gave her a vision for Kairos Transformation Ministries and revealed that apostolic strategies, prophetic declarations, and strategic intercession would work together to bring change to communities and nations. She believes believers are living in a significant season where prayer and partnership with God can influence cities, states, and entire regions.
Another major theme is the role of apostolic ministry within the Church. Drawing from Ephesians 4, Tyre explains that apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, and teachers each contribute unique strengths that help mature the Body of Christ. Apostles serve as builders who establish foundations, equip believers, and release people into their God-given assignments. She stresses that apostolic leadership is not about control but about creating structures that empower others to flourish.
One of the most memorable teachings centers on her revelation of the corporate armor of God. She explains how each piece of armor corresponds to one of the fivefold ministry gifts, illustrating how truth, righteousness, faith, salvation, and the gospel function together within the Church. As the episode concludes, Tyre encourages viewers to pursue intimacy with God, pay attention to their words, embrace healthy spiritual relationships, and step boldly into their calling. Tyre repeatedly reminds viewers that maturity is demonstrated through obedience, humility, unity, and a willingness to partner with God and others in advancing His Kingdom. 3 LUG 2026 · In this inspiring episode of The Vision, Pastor LeaAnn Pendergrass, Destiny Yarbrough, Pastor Jearlyn Dennie, and Day Gardner welcome Barbara Ann Jeter, co-founder of Eternal Heiress Ministries, for a discussion focused on prayer, discipleship, transformation, and the vision behind the America 250 initiative. Jeter shares how her ministry journey began through years of faithful prayer while serving as a homeschooling mother. She explains that many of God’s greatest assignments are first developed in private seasons of obedience, where faithfulness and perseverance are refined before public opportunities arrive.
The hosts ask how she balanced family responsibilities, ministry, community service, and professional work. Jeter responds that believers should focus on doing exactly what God has called them to do rather than trying to satisfy every demand placed upon them. She encourages viewers to pray before making commitments and trust God to provide the strength necessary for every assignment. According to Jeter, effectiveness comes through obedience and dependence upon Christ.
One of the most memorable stories she shares involves the creation of a house of prayer in Nashville. For years she prayed that the city would have a day-and-night prayer ministry. Eventually she was offered responsibility for a property overlooking Nashville and the state capitol. Although she later learned the property had previously been used as a meth house, she believed God was directing her to accept it. Through faith, perseverance, and prayer, the property was transformed into a place dedicated to worship and intercession.
The conversation also highlights her discipleship ministry and her book, 50 Days of Transformation. Developed as a discipleship curriculum and used extensively in detention centers, the program focuses on biblical principles designed to produce lasting spiritual growth. Jeter shares the story of a young woman who initially claimed to worship Saturn and appeared deeply troubled. Through prayer, biblical instruction, and consistent discipleship, the woman experienced a dramatic transformation and eventually graduated from college. The testimony serves as a powerful example of God’s ability to restore lives.
A significant portion of the interview focuses on the Nehemiah Alliance and the America 250 initiative. Jeter explains that after helping establish a statewide effort involving prayer, fasting, and repentance in Tennessee, she sensed God leading her toward a broader national assignment. Following a visit to the White House and a season of prayer, she began developing a movement modeled after Nehemiah’s rebuilding of Jerusalem’s walls. The initiative seeks to unite believers, churches, and leaders around prayer, repentance, and spiritual renewal.
Jeter outlines a vision centered on a fifty-two-day effort inspired by the fifty-two days required to rebuild Jerusalem’s walls. She explains that the movement seeks cooperation from leaders and churches while remaining rooted in biblical principles rather than political agendas. Its goals include strengthening families, rebuilding communities, encouraging unity, and inspiring a renewed commitment to faith.
Throughout the episode, themes of unity and cooperation emerge repeatedly. Jeter emphasizes that meaningful change requires believers to work together despite differences in background or denomination. She also stresses that prayer does not replace strategy but produces strategy, helping believers receive wisdom and direction. As the discussion concludes, she encourages viewers to become involved through prayer and personal commitment. The episode ends with a message of hope, reminding audiences that God continues to restore lives, rebuild communities, and work through ordinary people who respond faithfully to His call. Jeter emphasizes that lasting renewal begins with prayer, repentance, unity, and faithful action, encouraging believers to participate in God’s work of restoration. 19 GIU 2026 · In this insightful episode of The Vision, Day Gardner, Destiny Yarbrough, and Pastor LeaAnn Pendergrass welcome Dr. Barbie Breathitt for a powerful discussion on dreams, visions, healing, and the supernatural work of God in the lives of believers. As the conversation begins, Dr. Breathitt shares her perspective on 2026, describing it as a year of manifestation, miracles, and fulfilled promises. She explains that many of the prayers, prophetic words, and intercessions believers have carried for years are beginning to materialize as God releases greater measures of His glory. Drawing from recent ministry experiences, she recounts witnessing individuals healed of terminal cancer after prayer and emphasizes that God remains the same yesterday, today, and forever.
The hosts ask how people can respond to those who question whether miracles still happen today. Dr. Breathitt explains that healing is part of God’s covenant with His people and that faith remains a key component of receiving from Him. She shares how she was raised in a church environment where she was taught that miracles had ceased, yet as a young girl she encountered the audible voice of God while riding a horse. Frustrated by being told that the miraculous was no longer available, she questioned God directly and received a life-changing answer. She recalls hearing the Lord tell her that He had never changed and that the same miracles seen in Scripture were still available to those who would believe.
Throughout the episode, Dr. Breathitt speaks extensively about faith, prayer, and the believer’s authority. She declares that this is a season when God is calling His people into deeper intimacy and greater maturity. Referring to biblical themes of glory and transformation, she explains that believers grow by spending time in God’s presence and allowing Him to shape their character. She describes the current season as one in which God is joining previous moves of His Spirit with fresh outpourings of power, creating opportunities for signs, wonders, healing, and large-scale revival.
The conversation shifts to dreams and visions, one of the areas for which Dr. Breathitt is widely known. She explains that God has communicated through dreams from the beginning of biblical history and continues to do so today. She recounts how her dream interpretation ministry began more than three decades ago while serving on a prophetic team. After initially telling someone she did not interpret dreams, she sensed the Holy Spirit directing her otherwise. By listening carefully and relying on God’s guidance, she began receiving interpretations and eventually developed extensive resources dedicated to understanding dream symbolism.
Dr. Breathitt teaches that dreams serve multiple purposes, including guidance, preparation, warning, encouragement, and revelation. She discusses differences between color and black-and-white dreams and explains that prophetic dreams frequently reveal future events before they occur, allowing God to prepare individuals for coming opportunities and challenges. She notes that many people receive prophetic dreams years before their fulfillment because God uses the waiting period to develop character, faith, and spiritual maturity.
The hosts also discuss revival movements and the growing hunger among younger generations for authentic encounters with God. Dr. Breathitt points to spiritual awakenings occurring on college campuses and highlights the role of courageous Christian voices who have planted seeds of faith among young adults. She believes God is restoring reverence, holiness, and the fear of the Lord within the Church while drawing people from every background into relationship with Him. She also warns against counterfeit spiritual practices, explaining that believers must seek revelation from God rather than occult influences.
As the episode concludes, Dr. Breathitt encourages viewers to embrace God’s invitation into deeper relationship, greater faith, and spiritual growth. She shares resources designed to help believers understand their dreams and hear God more clearly. The discussion ends with a message of hope, reminding viewers that God is still speaking, healing, delivering, and revealing Himself to those who seek Him. The episode leaves audiences encouraged to pursue God’s presence, trust His voice, and expect Him to move powerfully in their lives during this significant season. 5 GIU 2026 · In this episode of The Vision, Pastor LeaAnn Pendergrass, Day Gardner, Destiny Yarbrough, Dr. Alveda King, and Pastor Jearlyn Dennie welcome award-winning casting director Mark Fincannon for a conversation about faith, purpose, and the influence of Christian values within the entertainment industry. The hosts celebrate the continued growth of the program and discuss the importance of media as a tool for sharing truth and encouragement. Fincannon’s story serves as a reminder that God can use people in every profession to impact lives and advance His Kingdom.
Fincannon shares that he grew up in North Carolina and developed an early interest in filmmaking alongside his brother. Although he originally studied acting and enjoyed performing on stage, he eventually realized that his true calling was behind the camera. As the film industry expanded into North Carolina, unexpected opportunities opened, allowing him to build a successful career in casting and production. Over the years he worked on major projects, but he explains that professional success alone never provided the fulfillment that comes through a genuine relationship with God.
The discussion becomes deeply personal when Fincannon recounts the event that transformed his faith. After the tragic death of his college roommate and closest friend, he was asked to speak at the funeral but found himself overwhelmed with grief and unable to do so. During the drive home, he experienced a profound encounter with God that challenged him to examine what he truly believed about eternity. Although he had attended church throughout his life, he realized that he lacked the certainty and personal relationship with God that he desperately needed.
Fincannon explains that through prayer, Bible study, and seeking God sincerely, he discovered that Scripture was far more relevant than he had previously understood. The truths contained in the Bible spoke directly to everyday struggles, fears, and questions. As he grew spiritually, he recognized that faith is not simply a religious tradition but a living relationship with God. The hosts agree that many people need an encounter with God rather than merely information about Him.
The conversation shifts to the entertainment industry and the role Christians can play within it. Fincannon shares that he once questioned why God would place him in Hollywood-related work, only to realize that God loves the people in the film industry just as much as anyone else. Rather than viewing entertainment as separate from ministry, he sees it as an opportunity to demonstrate Christ’s love through relationships, integrity, and authenticity. He encourages believers to discover who God created them to be and remain faithful to that identity.
Throughout the episode, the hosts discuss the power of testimony and personal influence. Fincannon explains that people are often more open to hearing about faith when they encounter someone whose life genuinely reflects the peace, joy, and character of Christ. He emphasizes the importance of daily spiritual renewal, comparing it to the biblical manna that had to be gathered fresh each day. Believers cannot rely on yesterday’s experiences but must continually seek God’s presence and guidance.
The group also explores the growing demand for faith-based films and uplifting content. Fincannon points to the success of recent Christian productions as evidence that audiences are searching for stories that offer hope, truth, and meaning. The hosts agree that media has become one of the most powerful avenues for reaching people who may never attend church. They believe Christian storytellers have a unique opportunity to communicate biblical values through compelling narratives.
One of the most touching moments comes when Fincannon shares the story of an actress struggling after the death of her mother and years of hardship. Through friendship, mentorship, and spiritual encouragement, he and his wife helped her grow in faith and healing. A later acting role unexpectedly mirrored parts of her own life story and became a reminder of God’s restoration and faithfulness. The experience reinforced his belief that God works through relationships and reveals His love in deeply personal ways.
As the episode concludes, viewers are encouraged to pursue authentic faith, trust God’s calling, and allow Him to work through every area of life. Mark Fincannon’s testimony demonstrates that careers, talents, and personal experiences can all become tools for ministry when surrendered to God. The conversation leaves audiences inspired to seek deeper encounters with the Lord and bring His light into every sphere of influence. 15 MAG 2026 · In this encouraging episode of The Vision, Destiny Yarbrough, Day Gardner, Pastor LeaAnn Pendergrass, and Pastor Jearlyn Dennie welcome actress, producer, writer, and director Shari Rigby for an inspiring discussion about faith, storytelling, purpose, and the changing landscape of Christian entertainment.
Shari Rigby joins the program following a dramatic clip from the film Wildflower, immediately capturing attention with its emotional depth and suspenseful storytelling. Shari explains that the film was one of her favorite projects because of its strong themes of faith and family. The hosts praise the quality of the production and emphasize the growing demand for faith-based entertainment that is both professionally made and spiritually impactful.
The conversation soon turns to Overcomer, one of the Kendrick Brothers’ most successful faith-based films. Shari reflects on working with the Kendrick Brothers and describes them as deeply prayerful filmmakers who intentionally seek God’s direction throughout the creative process. She recounts how her journey in faith-based entertainment began years earlier through the Casting Crowns “Slow Fade” project connected to Fireproof. What started as a small opportunity eventually grew into long-term collaborations on films such as Overcomer, Lifemark, and The Forge. Shari shares that Overcomer became especially personal because it reflected her own testimony of overcoming challenges through God’s grace and redemption.
Opening up about her life story, Shari reveals that she became a teenage mother and faced circumstances many believed would limit her future. Instead of allowing those experiences to define her negatively, she discovered that God redeems broken situations and uses difficult seasons for greater purpose. She explains that the message of Overcomer became more than simply a movie title; it became a declaration over her own life. She also shares how her audition experience for the film deeply impacted her marriage and reminded her of the power spouses have to speak life and encouragement over one another.
A major focus of the episode is the future of entertainment and media in 2026. Shari explains that audiences, particularly younger generations, are searching for authenticity, faith, and meaningful storytelling. She believes many viewers are exhausted by shallow entertainment and are longing for stories that communicate hope, restoration, and truth. Destiny Yarbrough references Isaiah 43:19 and discusses how God is preparing believers for new territory and fresh assignments. Shari shares three words God placed on her heart for the year: work, harvest, and course. She explains that believers must actively pursue the assignments God has given them while trusting Him to guide their path.
The hosts and Shari also discuss the influence of technology, social media, and short-form storytelling. They note that younger generations consume media differently than previous generations, creating new opportunities for Christian creators to reach audiences through digital platforms. Shari highlights how Gen Z audiences are looking for authentic family relationships, meaningful conversations, and stories with emotional depth. She explains that many young people are searching for connection, identity, and truth, making this a critical moment for believers to produce content that reflects biblical values while remaining creative and relevant.
Later in the episode, Shari discusses a recent directing project centered on marriage restoration after infidelity. She explains that the film addresses painful realities often avoided within churches while still emphasizing healing, forgiveness, and restoration through God’s guidance. Rather than portraying marriage as disposable, the story encourages couples to fight for healing and redemption.
As the episode concludes, Pastor LeaAnn prays over Shari Rigby and her future projects, speaking strength, courage, focus, and protection over her calling. Shari closes with a passionate encouragement for Christian women to rise boldly in this season, mentor younger generations, and use their voices to speak truth and life into a culture searching for direction. The episode ends with a reminder that while the world may have its own perspective, God alone provides true vision, purpose, and guidance for every generation.
