Recognize you can find the path you believe. Find the God, Spiritual path and/or Religion that works for you. The Bible can be seen as a sacred text to further your path. Scripture is a text telling us a story. It can be comforting, a routine, and it allows you to have a connection with the source. Within Christianity, there is diversity from strict definitions to being more open. Allow yourself to find what works best for you. In the end, all answers come from The Divine. Love, compassion, and healing are at the root of our being. Looking through the Bible, opening a page, and looking for answers could be compared to using oracle or tarot cards to find an answer. Use what helps you feel the connection. We all have spiritual gifts. It is okay to embrace and use your gifts. Find a community where you feel embraced and accepted.

- You can disagree while validating the other and come to a solution that works for you.

- The other perspective is that if you put yourself into the person’s views, do you lose yourself and become stuck in the other person’s viewpoint?
- If you’re listening to and validating but not agreeing with the other person’s perspective, is it a manipulation to get your way?

- It’s about being heard
