29 MAR 2020 · In this section trouble arises for Mordecai and His niece (who is now Queen) when he refuses to bow before a high Persian Official. Rather than punish him alone, the official plans a vendetta against all the his people and Esther's people - the Jews. A plan is devised which could prove to be risky for Esther. -

29 MAR 2020 · In this section we begin at a magnificent banquet put on by the Persina King, Ahasuerus. Tipsy with wine, the king orders Queen Vashti to display her beauty before the crowd. Her refusal ushers in a replacement by Hadassah (Esther), who was niece to Mordecai, a Jew in exile in the region of Persia.
