22 AGO 2022 · Deo Alrashid from Dada Design Architects, talks with our CEO Nathalie Mezza-García about his most recent floating project, "Current in Currents" inspired by his backgrounds, all the way from the Philippines merged with technology, one of Deos main design pillars. Different ecologically sourced and environmentally friendly materials had been utilised to prototype his magnificent shapes; his design couldn't be more comprehensive with its surroundings, making it unique and attractive. As a winner of the Rougerie Competition,AlRashid is a promoter of technologies and clean energy sources in architectural creations, or in this case aquatecture, standing out and setting standards on the subject.

Located on the edge of one of the great lakes, and as a part of the Canadian Shield, the site and the building blend together with the landscape making possible such a magnificent and unique floating project. 30 AGO 2022 · Nataly Velasquez Rodriguez, Executive Business Partner at Seaphia and Ahuvia Nevó creator of Kurupira, a floating facility located 2 km into the Colombian Amazonian River, talk about the process it took to design and develop the project. Made up almost entirely from local Ceiba Wood, Nevó tells what were the advantages of building a floating structure in the middle of the Amazonas river. He also tells how the public has responded to the project, and what problems it's had for fitting/not fitting with contemporary touristic regulations.

12 SET 2022 · Monolight’s ice-cubed shaped co-working was designed to meet the pandemic social distancing restrictions. Each “ice cube” is a pod where people can go and work without sharing breathing air with other visitors. The pods were designed by Agnieszka Białek from Monolight Studio, and its design certainly takes organic design to a next level! I this episode, Anieska tells our CEO, Nathalie Mezza-García, what designing through pandemic constraints entailed. And while the pods were first created to serve one person at a time, they are of course suitable for multiple people in various aquatic environments.
