Brian is a Grief Guide, Personal Transformation Facilitator, and Mental Fitness Trainer. His mission is to help people rediscover who they are and why they are here. Brian says that in those two questions lie the secrets to not only surviving this life but also thriving.
Brian says that if you’re feeling “stuck”, it’s most likely because you have forgotten the answer to one or both of these questions.
His vision is to create a world where everyone has a sense of purpose and fulfillment. If we know the “why”, we can endure any “how’. He wants to remind everyone of their true nature and their reason for being.

With almost three decades of experience, she previously held roles as an Instructor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School and as a Clinical Associate at the prestigious Benson Henry Institute for Mind-Body Medicine at Massachusetts General Hospital, where she also served as Medical Director for six years.
Dr. Selhub also served as an adjunct scientist of neuroscience at Jean Mayer USDA Human Nutrition Research Center on Aging at Tufts University, one of six human nutrition research centers supported by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA).
She has authored six books, Burnout for Dummies, Resilience for Dummies, Your Health Destiny, The Stress Management Handbook, The Love Response, and the co-author of Your Brain on Nature. She has been featured in esteemed publications like The New York Times, authored multiple scientific publications, and has been showcased on national and international media platforms.

There are many things that people don’t know about the music industry like how they are able to successfully indoctrinate us, brainwash us and program us into thinking the way that they want us to think.

25 DIC 2024 · In this episode I was a first time guest on the Outside Minds Podcast hosted by Steelo Free and Dot420 and we talked about our ancient hidden history; the untold Mesopotamian creation story and we also delved into how modern day Christianity was created and we talked about religion in general.
A lot of people don’t know that modern day Christianity was created in 325 AD under Roman emperor Constantine with the canonisation of the Bible but what most don’t know is that he converted to Christianity because of the politics of that day which threatened the Roman empire and as such many pagan Roman customs were incorporated into Christianity which is why modern day Christianity has pagan roots and is a pagan religion.
We also talked about nutrition, exercise and fitness and why it is so important to get into shape right now in order to push back against the mental, physical and spiritual attacks that we are under from our overlords.
The food that we eat today is rubbish for the most part so I shared some of the things that I teach my clients to help them improve their nutrition which helps improve their mindset and having a better spiritual connection with Source. The truth is that we are a Mind Body Spirit complex so I go into a little detail on how they are all linked and why we need to take care of all 3 parts of ourselves.

21 DIC 2024 · In this episode I was a returning guest on the Wear Are 1 Podcast hosted by Ken Villei and we continued where we left off about psychedelics so we spoke about some more of my experiences, we talked about the Mandela Effect, the programming that we receive from birth and how you are a product of your environment.
We talked a little bit about health and nutrition since I am an online fitness coach and why it is important to take your nutrition seriously and to get into shape. Part of the challenge to change our nutrition is that a lot of us as children were given junk food from our parents so it means that this way of eating is all we know so the issue then becomes one of a lack of knowledge so I gave a few tips on the types of foods to avoid.

With the way the world is going today these important skills of old are slowly being lost and with big corporations taking over our food supply, the majority of people only get their food from the supermarket which means that most of us have no clue of how to grow food or have any sort of food independence.
With food shortages soon upon us and our overlords pushing for us to eat bugs, many freedom minded people are looking to go off grid and live off the land so I wanted to bring my father on to the show to share his knowledge and expertise on how to do that successfully.

In our last show Jehan briefly spoke about being in the music industry, so I wanted to talk to him in order to learn more about the music industry’s inner workings, its culture, things that most people don’t know and how the music industry is able to manipulate and psychologically control us through pop music.
In light of the whole Puff Daddy revelations I wanted to delve down this rabbit hole as the average person would be very surprised about these things but us alternative thinkers have been fully aware for years of Hollywood and the music industry’s dark past, dark acts and initiation rituals.
Jehan also drops a few bombs that allegedly happened with a few big name stars so this was a very eye opening conversation and I certainly learnt a few things which I think you might as well.

11 DIC 2024 · In this episode I was a returning guest on the Cult of Conspiracy Podcast hosted by Jonathon and Jacob and we talked about Baal worship which is the dominant form of worship on earth and how it has taken over all facets of government and the entertainment industry.
Baal was one of the names that Marduk took and he was the chief deity in Babylon which is where it seems that religion was born.
He was also known as Amun Ra in Egypt and he made a decree that after your prayers you should say his name Amun, which then became Amen so without knowing it most people are giving praise to an extraterrestrial Anunna god which is why I said that Baal worship is the dominant form of worship on earth.
We also talked about some of the symbology in the Olympics that most people missed which reiterated my point about Baal worship so this was a very interesting conversation and I trust that you will find value in it.
