As a result of 30 years of personal and professional experience, Catherine has discovered her life’s mission which is to help transform our present sickcare system into a true healthcare system in order to prevent disease and bring greater well-being to our communities. Catherine has chosen to leave the biotech industry and created a non-profit organization called Integrative Healthcare Solutions that’s working with the medical community and their patients to accelerate the utilization of non-opioid treatment options (yoga, meditation, nutrition, naturopathic medicine, etc) to break the cycle of the opioid crisis. Hope is on the way. Listen in!

Catherine worked for the pharmaceutical/biotech industry for 20 years and was diagnosed with a severe, autoimmune disease in 2016. It’s only through watching her loved ones die from disease and then becoming a patient herself that Catherine has learned a better way to treat disease. Today, Catherine’s health is better than ever with no evidence of disease. Too many people are suffering. Isn’t it time we change how we’re approaching disease?

It’s only through Catherine’s personal experience of dealing with her brother’s addiction and fatal overdose to opioids and alcohol that she has discovered a better way to look at this painful disease.
