6 FEB 2026 · Max Morley is running to unseat Kentucky state represenative Daniel Grossberg. Mr. Morley has strong feelings about Mr. Grossberg's ethics code violations that ultimately led to a settlement and $2,000 in fines.
Some quotes from Max Morley's WHAS chat with Terry Meiners:
"You're not going to find a more pro-public education guy than me, but we also can't act like some of the (JCPS) criticisms out of Frankfort fell out of the sky one day. I think JCPS has to get its house in order."
"Before we go and ask for more money from Frankfort...I'd love to see is de-coupling property taxes from school funding, that can perpetuate cycles of poverty."
"It shouldn't be as easy to get a Big Mac to get a gun."

5 FEB 2026 · Kentucky state representative Daniel Grossberg (KY-30) came to an agreement with the state ethics commission regarding questionable interactions with women in state government. The agreement states that Grossberg "may have violated" ethics code in communications with various associates. He agreed to two $1,000 fines but has not yet paid them.
Governor Andy Beshear, Rep. Morgan McGarvey, and the leaders of the Kentucky Democrat Party and Kentucky Young Democrats all called for Grossberg to resign when allegations arose. Since the agreement was reached, Grossberg says there have been limited communications from those who once called for his resignation.
Terry Meiners asked Grossberg "how in the world are you going to be able to work with your own party under these circumstances?
Grossberg says he will remain in office and will consider litigation against some who may have violated laws in sworn statements.
Stay tuned.

3 FEB 2026 · When Terry Meiners quit his job at WQMF in 1985, he had already worked a deal with WHAS Radio. His bosses at WQMF new right away what was up. One of the WQMF owners called Terry just as he arrived home after resigning. Frank "Bo" Wood screamed at Terry "You're going to W-F'n-H-A-S and they'll fire you in 6 months. They're just trying to bust up our momentum (at WQMF)."
I wasn't allowed to say anything about my future radio job because WHAS management feared a tortious interference lawsuit from WQMF.
In a 1985 Louisville Times article just re-posted on social media in 2026, it is obvious the both Terry Meiners and WQMF management are both lying to reporter Vince Staten. Terry was legally handcuffed and WQMF had to put a positive spin on things.
Terry claims this is the only bit of FAKE NEWS that he ever generated to the public. Yeah, buddy. Sure!
