Tammie Jean Keolalani Filiault, student, competitor, and now a coach. She has been in sports all her life. She did her bachelors in business administration in marketing and management from Chaminade University. Her passion for sports has led her to several competitions across the globe.

From the year 1989, she has participated in several tournaments - French Polynesian Championships, Asian Pacific Championships, World Championships, South Pacific Games, and Olympic Games, Barcelona. Her career as a swimming coach began in 1998. Over the years she has coached swimmers at all levels. She also began a new swimming team at The Lowe's YMCA, The Penguins. That is not all, she is also the one who started the first competitive year-round US swimming team in Mooresville for the Lowe’s YMCA.
