25 GIU 2024 · Let's face it--most jobs offer a few days off at best when we lose a loved one. It's no different when we lose a child. Very few jobs offer any substantial time off for bereavement. Our job performance suffers because what we desperately need it time off to grieve.  In this episode we talk about the effects grief has on us in the workplace and what we can do to help ease those negative effects.  Find us on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/SilentGriefSupport https://www.facebook.com/jimmyhintonauthor And Twitter: https://twitter.com/clarahinton https://twitter.com/JimmyHinton12
