7 MAG 2025 · Better late than never, but the Hard R Cafe has opened it's doors, and it's time for a little Rukus Juice!
We miss Skype, kinda. So much in fact that we dedicated a whole ass episode to being freaked out over the move, but we pull off some pretty basic shit. What else do you do when you finally fix your problem, you don't have a planned episode, so you wing it like a motherfucker.
It's been a while since we had a back and forth cause we've both been crazy busy, but these episodes are so much fun. We get to cacth up on all the TV shows that we've been going on and on about watvching, mixed in withTONS of other wonderful nonsense that make these episodes pure gold.

Rememeber that one time you didn't care about Kanye's rants and still don't, but myself and West Virginia's Pride of North Carolina kept talking about it anyway? Yeah, some of that mess landed here. lol Never fear, there is WAY more messed up stuff packed into this doozy of a random before we buckle down to enlist in camp once more. I wish I could say these episodes were filled with nuggets of awesome that will get you through life, but unless you need to learn to hide stuff in your prison wallet, you're prolly at a teeny loss. But...

12 MAR 2025 · It's Wednesday, you should be at the Hard R Cafe, cause its time for a new Rukus Juice! We pride ourselves on bringing you some of the most enjoyable talk entertainment on the planet. No, really.
As many issues as we have, we still have SOME pride left. Moving on...
...we normally would close out flavor camp with an exhuasted random rambling episode, but naaaaw son. Since this is Flavor Camp's swan song, we decided to bring it full circle. We figured let the ladies of R&B finish this sucker off, so we use this last episode to do just that. We compiled a list of the greatest girl groups of recent years, and bracket them. This one is a REALLY interesting convo, because we discover how slept on these ladies are. We did the heavy lifting on the love side for this episode, so yeah its vulgar, but the love in this episode shines pretty effin hard.
Pull up a stool. Get JUICED!
