According to his bio, he began playing piano at San Fransciso’s historic Redwood Room at the Clift Hotel. He attracted the attention of critics, musicians, and concert-goers alike. Artists such as Billy Joel, Harry Connick, Jr., Liza Minnelli, and Joe Cocker are among the many who visited Ricardo at the Redwood Room to join him on a number or two.
Ricardo has a single released titled, “I Am Yours”. I love the beginning of the music. It sounds like Hiphop R&B. You will think that they’ll be no other genre added, but if you keep listening, you’ll hear a touch of Jazz. You’ll hear Ricardo playing the piano. Tonia Johnson aka “Lady T” is an Electrifying, Exciting, and Energetic female entertainer. I love the way she sings the blues. She was born and raised in the uptown area of New Orleans, Louisiana. According to her bio, she is well versed in the music stylings of Aretha, GladKnight, Chaka Khan, and Patti Label.
Lady T is an up and coming new soul singer. After hearing her new song “ It’s All Over Now”, she sounds like a legendary singer. According to her bio, she has traveled the world with some of New Orlean’s legendary artists such as Deacon John Moore and Irma Thomas just to name a few.

Dwayne Morgan began his career as a spoken word artist in 1993 according to his bio. He is nicknamed “The Godfather of Canadian Spoken Word Poetry. Today he spends his time sharing his poetry and secrets to his success with audiences throughout North America, the Caribbean, and Europe.
Morgan’s song, “What Christmas Is To Me” is put together beautifully with just spoken word & music. Not once will you turn your ear away from the Christmas song. His voice can draw your attention to him & what he is talking about.

Robert Avellanet is a former Menudo band member. He released an English album named Heart & Soul. On the album is a song titled “Shine Your Light”. He sings: “Shine Your Light. It’s a great song. It can be heard on YouTube. It has great lyrics and is also a song you can dance to. A song that can motivate you. A song that really encourages you to shine.
Robert’s true passion, motivation, and talent brought him to live in Hollywood where he adventures a new journey of artistic challenges. Not only as a musician but also as an actor. Robert writes songs, plays guitar, he’s done acting, and he’s been writing screen plays, and now he has a solo career. I’m sure he has been knee busy and has a lot of talent. I’m glad that Robert Avellanet is still active and doing great.

It was no surprise to me seeing Lawrence Beamen singing “Ol’ Man River” in a video on social media. Paul Robeson sung the song in the 1936 film version of “Show Boat”.
But Ol Man River, He just keeps rolling along.
Ol Man River is about both hope and despair. The song is talking about the Mississippi River, and Lawrence Beamen is singing the song today. He’s the echo of Paul Robeson.
Lawrence Beamen Top 5 finalist from NBC TV America’s Got Talent Reenacts Paul Robeson’s 1956 HUAC FROM RENAISSANCE to the STRUGGLE of Paul Robeson. HUAC means House Un-American Activities Committee.
On America’s Got Talent, Lawrence sang Ol’ Man River, and the audience loved his performance. Lawrence is a great actor and singer. I would love to see him in a biopic movie about Paul Robeson. I believe it would be a knock out film. When Lawrence acted out Robeson’s 1956 HUAC, he said these words:
“I’m not being tried whether I’m a communist. I’m being tried for the rights of my people who are still second class citizens. In this uh … United States of America. “
Lawrence Beamen acted as if he was Paul Robeson himself, and that’s what the people would want to see in a movie. Lawrence has the voice, the sound, and the looks of Paul Robeson. He has the charisma, and he is strong. If filmmakers don’t see Lawrence, they are blind.
