Starting his career as a Bellmen for a small family run hotel, Jason started his hospitality career as an operator first, working for Best Western, Hampton Inn, Kimpton Hotels, The Houstonian, and then ARRIVE. His passion has always been a focus on the art of hospitality, but quickly was recognized for his skill in technology and transferred to the IT department where he grew those skills. Jason currently resides in Houston, Texas but is a Utahan by birth and a Californian at heart. Being very outgoing, he champions the phrase "He's not your typical IT guy" with pride, making all who encounter him professionally and personally feel welcomed and cared for.

Christopher Henry
Co-Founder and CEO | Majestic Hospitality
Mr. Henry was admitted to the International Society of Hospitality Consultants (ISHC) in late 2017 as their youngest ever inductee. For the past five years, he has been a member of the Latino Hotel Association’s Board of Directors. Christopher is also an active member of the American Hotel & Lodging Association (AHLA) and the Asian American Hotel Owners Association (AAHOA). In response to COVID’s impact on travel/tourism and the nationwide social upheaval in 2020, Christopher co-founded a new association, “NextGen in Lodging,” to engage and promote the ideas of up-and-coming hoteliers to produce an industrial paradigm shift. Mr. Henry served a five-year term on the advisory board of Belmont High School (LAUSD) and is a three-time distinguished guest lecturer at Pepperdine University’s Graziadio Business School. On a personal level, as a member of the LGBTQ+ community, Christopher also frequently advocates for workplace diversity and inclusion.
Christopher studied at the California School of Culinary Arts, American University in London - Richmond Hill, and earned his Bachelor of Science degree (Magna Cum Laude) in Hotel and Lodging Management at Johnson & Wales University.

Lasheeda Perry is the owner and pastry chef of Queen of Flavor, a

Lasheeda has worked at Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts Dallas as well as Executive Pastry Chef at two other Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts properties plus Bon Appetit Management Company LinkedIn.

4 FEB 2021 · In this conversation, we chat to Sandy Biback, who has been a member of the conference/business/event business for over 35 years. She has, along the way, worked for planning companies, a hotel and owned her own professional planning consulting company since January 1990.
Sandy for about 15 years, taught hospitality and conference management at several colleges. She has served on countless boards within professional
associations. She has collaborated on industry text books. Sandy has spoken at many industry events; has been published widely. Along the way she has continued to learn, and grow within her own profession. She has won several awards for her work, her teaching and her mentoring.
Aligned with her retirement in 2017, she began researching the horrors of sex trafficking and realized it WAS happening in hotels at all levels; at conferences; at sporting events. She formed Meeting Professionals Against Human Trafficking (www.mpaht.com) as a grassroots organization with a group of passionate professionals, to create awareness and collaboration between planners and hotels. Ultimately MPAHT wants to see every planner ask about training of every hotel they intend to use AND to see every hotel have training in place for all staff.
