In the absence of specialized training; time is required to acquire first-hand real-world knowledge and experience with the diverse challenges, needs and experiences these individuals present and what they are confronted with as they live their lives in their Self-Attributed Non-Conforming Gender roles. Transgender, Gender Diverse, Gender Non-Conforming, Gender Incongruent & Non-Binary individuals, their families, friends, schools, employers and social-networks will also benefit from the content of these Podcasts in-spite of the fact that the detailed medical and psychological content of these programs focuses on the continuing educational needs and requirements of the medical or behavioral healthcare professional. Knowledge is essential to counteract the negative publicity and the political hyperbole disseminated by individuals with no understanding of the history and underlying biological factors influencing gender non-conformity.
