18 FEB 2025 · It's a crossover episode, as HP joins forces with Midnight Viewing's host Father Malone to discuss the notorious 1978 flop Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band. The film starred Peter Frampton and The Bee Gees as a pure-of-heart rock band fighting against the temptations of fame AND the machinations of the mysterious Future Villain Band. Was it as terrible as its reputation would suggest? Is it "so bad it's good", or "so bad it's bad?" Tune in and find out!

23 AGO 2024 · Yacht Rock. What do those 2 words really represent? For some, they conjure visions of moms & dads, wearing cheap captain’s hats and Hawaiian shirts, drunk and swaying to a live cover of Cool Change,. For others, it might mean listening to “dad rock” while being carpooled to a soccer game. For HP, and for many others, it means something more. But how deeply can we analyze a blatantly arbitrary genre label? Arbitrary even by the very minds that originally coined the term.
Join HP on this special mini-episode of Noise Junkies, as he delves into the mystery, the majesty, of Yacht Rock.
