My Words Unsaid is a safe space for honest conversations about life in all its forms: faith, feelings, identity, relationships, growing up, becoming, healing, uncertainty, culture, stories, questions, ideas, dreams, fears, and all the things we sometimes struggle to put into words.

This is a space for the things we say out loud and the things we keep to ourselves. For the questions we are still asking, the lessons we are still learning, the stories we are still trying to understand, and the parts of ourselves we are still becoming acquainted with.

Some entries will be deeply personal. Some will challenge you to think differently. Some will make you laugh, some may make you uncomfortable, and some may simply make you feel less alone. Faith will naturally find its way into many of our conversations, because my relationship with God is part of how I understand the world, but this space is not about pretending to have everything figured out. It is about seeking, learning, questioning, listening and growing.

My Words Unsaid is for everyone. You do not have to arrive with the right words, the right answers or a perfectly put together life. You can come curious. You can come confused. You can come with a story, a question, an opinion, a disagreement, or simply the need to hear someone say something you have been trying to say yourself.

I want this to feel less like a podcast you listen to and more like a room you can enter. A room where you are allowed to think out loud, feel deeply, change your mind, tell the truth, listen to another person's perspective and still remain worthy of being heard.

This is my journal with the door open. These are My Words Unsaid and perhaps, somewhere along the way, they become ours.
