His grandfather John Bianchetti founded the business (then named Peoples Old Market) in 1929 as a neighborhood meat market in Downtown Los Angeles. In 1939, the business was renamed Peoples Sausage Company and it moved to its current location at 1132 Pico Blvd. After a brief stint working elsewhere in advertising, Brian returned last year to lead the rebranding of the family business for his father Mark Bianchetti who is the current President & CEO.
