We are here to share a positive spin on all the GOOD THINGS happening in the Southbay, Southern Cal, and wherever else we can find it. That includes local businesses, individuals and groups doing great things in the community, around the world and even here in your own backyard. We also have commentary on headline news, personal health, mental and physical, Our first show has some 'fits and starts' meaning, we mess up some intro and outros, stumble on this and that but we can only get better!!
