22 FEB 2022 · My awesome guest today is Lou, a DV survivor, leaving 5 years ago after a 10 year relationship, she now has created a non profit organization, Miracle Mums Movement where they will hold womens hands to navigate and support them after they have already left the abuse and help them navigate the post separation phase towards healing.
Join our conversation as we talk about the systems that need change, a controversial discussion about the ridiculous "Red Bench" movement in Queensland which does nothing to help DV victims.

8 FEB 2022 · My guest is Neha Sonney, Author of Wired for Self Love. Neha grew up with her narcissistic and abusive mother controlling her life. With her Indian culture a big part of her mother's control, Neha was made to marry a man she did not love. Living with the trauma of her abuse, Neha did as she was told and when she would speak up for herself, no one would listen, not even her husband. Frustrated in her loveless marriage, it wasn't until she herself became a mother that Neha began to fight for the life she wanted to live. She was not going to repeat what she learned from her abusive parent. When she saw terror in her own childs eyes, she was reminded of the promise she had made to herself at age 11. That she would be a different mother. A more loving and kinder one.
Now motivatated to help others, she wrote her book, sharing her story and mapping out ways to help others re wire their self love, worth and doubt!

I had the privelage of interviewing an awesome guest Marie Martin.
Hearing her story, validates how important education and understanding is at a young age that we need to empower girls to say NO and speak up if someone crosses those sexual boundaries.
Marie's story is one of survival and courage. Bullied by her sister and raped at 13.
Her choices in life stem from her beliefs from childhood trauma, to please and not speak up.
To save her marriage, Marie entered into an open marriage becoming a swinger for 5 years, but still her marriage ended in divorce. Although trying to maintain her own values, she suffered even more trauma.
So much confusion she had to process over many years, she began her healing journey.
Marie is now a Reiki master and empath and openly shares her story for healing and to heal.

6 GEN 2022 · Welcome to Jothi's Story. Jothi was an only child to Indian parents who migrated to the USA when she was 1yr old. Jothi shares her realisation of her mothers emotional abuse and her parents did most things against the social norm of her culture, her father the enabler and how getting married and having her own children awakened her to begin living to her true authentic self. Looking back how her mothers abuse shaped how her choices in life were made. Jothi also shares how she healed and the modality of her to break free.
Jothi is now a Transformation Change Agent and teaches corporate professionals how to use the Power of Chaos to become powerful leaders who can take on ANYTHING

18 DIC 2021 · My guest this episode is Justin. Born with a congenital heart defect, Justin was brought up on a farm and still had to do the strenuous chores like his siblings. Believing he wasn't going to live a long life, he struggled to find where his life was going, abusing alcohol, Justin was married for 11 years to someone who didn't hold much for their future and after his third open heart surgery was forced into being a stay at home husband while his wife became the main income earners, as a role reversal his wife didn't appreciate his efforts looking after their son, looking after the home & the financial management. All the while he struggled with his own mortality he severely self abused. Justin grew out of his marriage that became toxic as he tried to find a purpose to his life after being told he more than likely he would possibly live for another 20 years, he restructured his mental well being and found ways to help others, find his peace and created a future dream of living in a sustainable cabin that he will open to others to give them a place to reset. Justin's story is one of pure resilience with a daily death warrant hanging over his head.
5 DIC 2021 · Donna, now 64 tells her story how she was severely beaten, just 28 days after her wedding when she was 21 years old. It took donna over 40 years to speak up about her abuse and how many women her age are still dealing with trauma from abuse. Donna now helps other women with her Unique Vibrations Coaching Program.

Ica's story is one of severe domestic violence & childhood abuse from her father as she and her mother were beaten everyday until she was 17 years old, simply because she was born a girl instead of his first born being a boy and how she endured this as a punishment in the eyes of her father. Ica's journey through her life is sad and yet inspirational as she helps young girls know their worth and a voice becoming a survivor!

30 NOV 2021 · This is 41yr old Josh's story, Josh's parents had him when they were very young, His mother an emotional manipulator and his father, a compulsive liar, they were more interested in partying and doing drugs than being loving, caring parents. His mother taught him how to steal as a young boy, so she could buy her drugs. Josh had his own daughter at the age of 16 as well as followed a path of self destruction which led him to be in prison at 19 for over 7 years. After his release he was still not equipped to emotionally process his life, he turned to alcohol and a relationship with a narcissistic woman, he is now a recovering alcoholic which he has found challenging. Follow with me as we explore Josh's story, as he opens up about his abuse.
