Sadly, the reality of leadership in Africa, as it is in many developing economies is one of showmanship, rugged manipulation and brutalisation of the people.
This accounts for the widespread poverty, infrastructural decay, and other social malaises bedevilling Africa and developing economies.
It is to this end that this Podcast is created to reemphasize the role of leadership in harnessing human potentials, and the destiny of nations.

It tells us what is required of a true leader. And when the fulfilment of this requirement is absent, the gulf in leadership metamorphoses into a dangerous decline to decay in many forms.
An example of this reality is the parallel between the Rwandan society under President Paul Kagame, and the Nigerian society under President Muhammadu Buhari.
For Paul Kagame, Rwandans have seen immense development and economic/Security stability.
For Muhammadu Buhari, Nigerians have been worse off for it, having to live under one of the toughest times in the country's history.
With economic challenges, failure of the country's security architecture and pole-by-pole call for a review of the framework of the country's Unity, only time will time if the country will remain one after the exist of the Buhari administration.
This Podcast hence realizes the need to put a concrete leadership selection process in place, at all levels of the society.
Youths and all interested in knowing how to become effective leaders for their societies, companies, communities, churches, mosques, etc, are encouraged to come onboard this Podcast.
