A routine can also enhance productivity, as the regularity allows you to focus energy on what truly matters, rather than constantly deciding what needs to be done next. 19 FEB 2025 · Hey everyone! I have just scheduled episode #2 for the 20th and I must say I am pleasantly surprised. My first episode hit 20 downloads! Now I know thst doesn't sound like much but I consider it a small victory considering this is a new 'cast. I have been a little antsy since I am puttng myself out there in all of my mistake laden glory but that's the point! To be honest and real and apply all of my life experiences, both good and bad, to our topics in hopes of helping others. I look forward to more episodes and hopefully some interactions. 15 FEB 2025 · Hey everyone! I just published my first episode to my new podcast. I have dabbled in podcasting before but I am stepping out of my comfort zone and going in a different direction. I wanted to do something that is raw, unscripted and from the heart (and gut). As a man in my mid 50's I feel that I have something to give back and I hope it may actually reach out and help someone struggling in a similar situation. I hope you will listen and even decide to follow and as we grow I look forward to interacting with you and opening the show up to guests.

Whether it is after a relationship, financial recovery or whatever prompts us to have to start over again we discuss how we come to those conclusions and how sometimes it's more than once.
