HEAR YOU ROAR is a journey to discover the success stories of young managers and entrepreneurs under 40 who all started from that rite of passage “between the lions” at Via Sarfatti 25. Along with hosts Enrico Marchini, EMIT 2022, and Riccardo David Battaglia, EMIT 2012, we will be inspired by the stories of our Alumni and hear about their goals, their dreams and the choices that have defined their professional careers.

2 AGO 2023 · In 2019 Bianca Arrighini graduated in Business Administration and Management in Bocconi, then moved to Madrid to pursue a one-year Specialized Master. Sometime in between, she completed a six-month internship at Accenture before fully dedicating herself to Factanza Media.
Together with Livia Viganò, a Bocconi Alumna, she heads one of the most important media platform targeted for Gen Z and Millennials in Italy.
In this episode we discuss the importance of knowing how to mix creativity and curiosity with a methodical approach along with the evolution of the publishing industry, and the value of consistency in today's communication.

6 LUG 2023 · Marco Masoli graduated in Economics and Management for Art, Culture and Communication in 2010 and in Management in 2012. He began his career in Accenture, remaining there for almost 5 years. In 2017 he decided to follow his ardent passion for music, leaving for the leading scale-up of the moment, Spotify. After a stint at DAZN he returned to the music industry working at Columbia Records first, then at Warner Music Italy as A&R Director.
In this episode we talk not only about the importance of networking and following your passions, integrating them into your career, but also how the music industry is evolving amidst a period of constant change.

17 MAG 2023 · Nicoletta Besio graduated in 2006 in General Management. She began her professional career at Philips, working in sales even before completing her studies. Always looking for the “next big thing”, Nicoletta's passion and sharp business skills allowed her to thrive in her career: she worked for Microsoft and then Google in various positions. In 2021 she chose to seize a new opportunity and landed a role as Director in Twitch Italy.
