Getting Started.Life Show - “I don’t know where to start.”
We have all heard it and we have probably said it once or twice ourselves. Getting started is a common barrier to trying new things, reinventing yourself, living life fully and even finding joy and fulfillment. The reality is that all things have a starting point and a best way to begin. Whether this increases your likelihood of success or allows you to determine that something is not for you is unknown, but you won’t know until you try.
GETTING STARTED.LIFE is about taking that first step. It’s about jumping into a new endeavor and the do’s and don’ts involved. Our goal is to help everyone meet their full potential and to start doing.

Born and raised in Northwest Indiana, Joe’s grandmother and father first introduced him to technology at the age of five. By the time he was 16, he was teaching people to navigate this newfangled “internet” while working an after-school job at the Whiting Public Library.
With over 20 years’ worth of expertise to his name, Joe directs and manages all technology projects for our clients. Joe graduated from Purdue University Northwest with two Bachelor’s Degrees: one in Computer Information Systems Technology and the other in Organizational Leadership and Supervision with a concentration in Human Resources.
To disconnect, Joe renovates a historic 1900 house and wrangles his two cats, Ernest and Bill. He loves to escape to a secluded cabin on the Leelanau Peninsula of Michigan with (thankfully) spotty cell reception.

Guest, Richard Gray is a rewilded father of 3 originally from Northeast Arkansas. In 2012, after a decade of moving around the Southeastern US for his job, he made his first attempt at living off grid.
He left a successful career in retail loss prevention and moved from the Atlanta metro area to 20 acres in the Ozark Mountains of Arkansas. He lived on and off grid since his partner and he decided to start a family in 2014.
Circumstances have them half in and half out of the mainstream world at the moment. February 1st, 2022, is the beginning of our transition back into off grid life.
