Sean J. Brady is a Social Media Personality & this Podcast’s Host & Originator. While NO longer a Real Estate licensee, he was successful brokering property from commercial retail & multi-family, hotels & institutional grade investments. He personally lost money Flipping mostly due to micromanaging crews, blowing timelines, and over extending debt. While he still owns property he prefers to manage numbers with his wife in their investing and hopes to bring understanding to others considering this field.
