15 DIC 2023 · Today, you will be witnessing the second episode of Emotional GPS, and as Christmas is coming soon, I thought I would record the one about not going home for Christmas. I was planning to publish the second part of Emotional ABC; however, in the therapeutic clinic in my practice, a lot of questions right now are about whether I should go or not for Christmas. This is the most relevant topic: Should I come back home for Christmas?

My name is Angelina Piechowska I am a Counselling Psychologist and EMDR Therapist.
The first episode is fully dedicated to the practical knowledge about emotions, so it’s called Emotional ABC. I believe that you can not master your life without mastering your emotions! This is the reason that we will be talking about emotions a lot here! Why emotions are so important and how to understand them. This is a huge topic and one that I believe is fundamental. Emotions and thoughts can guide you through your life if you are connected to them. As the subject is as wide as an ocean, I will cut them into some chunks to better embrace the emotional ABC. The aim of this episode is to embrace emotions and find some peace within them. Don’t take this podcast or episode as therapeutic advice. Emotional ABC is a part of the education I provide via social media, completely outside of my psychological practice; however, I can bring you some inside examples from my counselling work.
