21 MAG 2025 · In this episode of Emerge and Empower Podcast TV, we welcome Courtney Cote, a certified conscious parenting coach and founder of I Love Me Unconditionally. She shares how generational trauma, emotional overwhelm, and limiting beliefs once kept her bound, until she made the courageous choice to let go.
Courtney opens up about her own healing journey and the moment she chose to step into a life of wholeness. Though she uses the language of energy and higher power, we recognize this divine alignment as the hand of God bringing healing, awakening, and restoration. Through her story, we explore how patterns passed down through families can be broken when women stand up, speak out, and say, "No more."
Today, Courtney helps other women release shame, reconnect with their truth, and reclaim their joy. This conversation is a sacred reminder that true healing begins when we surrender the weight we've been carrying, and dare to believe we are worthy of love.
We’ve Closed the Interview, But the Conversation Continues…
Courtney Cote shared openly about energy, higher power, and the emotional layers women carry. While her language reflected her journey, I know, for me, that power is God. The true Healer. The One who breaks chains that have bound generations.
Today, I’m still thinking about the weight we inherit: trauma that isn’t ours, shame that never belonged to us, and silence passed down like a legacy. But I believe healing is available. Cycles can be broken. Wholeness is possible.
It’s not always easy to talk about generational trauma, but these conversations matter. We don’t have to carry what was never meant for us. In God, there’s freedom. And in telling the truth, there’s power.
