If we're building these studios and teams from the ground up, why are we stuck in the same big corporate dynamics playing out on a much riskier, more intimate scale?
Difficult To Work With aims to raise the voices of the once and often silenced victims of these working conditions and explore the questions we're all asking: How can we change things? How do you create accountability in a majority freelance industry that has a constantly watching but often ignorant audience? How to deal with the constant tokenization within our own niches?
