Frozen whispers linger, it's true,
Echoes in the quiet night.
No baskets plummeting from window panes,
No coffee brewed with earthy grime.

5 AGO 2024 · Landscape, the geographical one, i.e. terrain, vegetation, water bodies etc. and the symbolic, cultural one - will be different, depending on the moment of life at which we look. And I think we all know the feeling when we visit a place we haven't seen for a long time, and there is "everything wrong".
PS. Such journeys are really treacherous.
There are landscapes that "last a lifetime", but probably not everyone has found such a place. Besides, you can have several landscapes in you and build structures from their layers in you.
And we know that this older view is somewhere underneath, and that is why - pay attention to the landscape that you have at your disposal today, for yourself!
It's important.
25 LUG 2024 · I look at my fear. I notice as he guides me. I look carefully, I do not turn away from my own fear. Think about it - what changes are you making thanks to it?
People act more effectively when they feel fear or anxiety. Paradoxically - when managing fear, effectiveness appears, but when it is released "unattended", destruction begins. Fear seems to be a good impetus for change when we need change, of course. Fear does not hug or stroke, but pushes.
Sometimes I thank my fear, I don't magnify it, I don't pay too much attention to it, I don't look to it for advice. It is an impulse. It is a strategic trigger.
