Delegated is a podcast about using AI and automation to run a smarter small business.

Hosted by Rob Davenport, founder and CTO of Rovidx, a Northern Canadian technology company, the show looks at how small businesses can use AI agents, automation, software, and better systems to get more done with smaller teams.

Rob has spent more than two decades building websites, software, media platforms, automation systems, and online businesses. At Rovidx, he works directly with organizations to modernize how they operate, automate repetitive work, and figure out where AI actually makes sense.

Each episode of Delegated explores the tools, workflows, experiments, and ideas Rob is testing in his own businesses and with clients. That includes AI agents, n8n workflows, custom software, content automation, sales and marketing systems, and the rapidly changing tools promising to make businesses more efficient.

There is plenty of AI hype. Delegated is about what actually works. If you run a small business, manage a small team, or spend too much of your day doing work that software should be doing for you, this show is for you.
