This podcast is going to be me sharing things I have discovered about myself and life. It is called "Don't take it from me", (opposite of the popular saying "Take it from me...." the purpose of the podcast is to share stuff in a way that has you examine your own life, yourself, and see how what I say fits (or doesn't) and perhaps open stuff up for you in a way that it makes a difference.
