From waking up in the hospital with metal sticking out from his arm up to living out his dreams of owning a company and moving to the spanish sun only to lose it all and find himself in a deep pit and in ill-health. What was the realization he got at this point that would launch him into a 10+ year's journey looking for the ways to move into the direction of optimal health?
