6 SET 2026 · Scott and Mike are joined by Father Darrel from St. Joseph Catholic Church in Pewamo. He talked about what brought him to the priesthood, how he took his education to the real world, and how to listen to and learn from senior fathers within the church.

Jody discussed what she does to help educate younger people in the schools to steer them away from addictive behaviors and her role in harm reduction.

Dr. Young came in to talk about the Central Michigan Recovery Education Network (CMREN), including what additional resources have been provided to the recovery community in the 10 years since CMREN started. He also talked about ways CMREN wants to extend their footprint if additional funding becomes available.

They talked about the fundraiser they organized that's taking place August 8, 2026 to benefit the surviving son of two parents who were killed by a suspected drunk driver in June 2026. They also discussed the camaraderie in the Street Angels and some other events they're involved with.
