Are you aware that the things you believe are actually dictating your ife. Every choice you make comes down to a belief.
Do i deserve it
Can i do it
What will it cost me
I dont have time
I am going to challenge you today to go within and really look at the things you are telling yourself as to why you can or can’t live the life you truly want to live.
Why are you not working on your business, side hustle or set of skills that you enjoy?
Why aren’t you making healthy choices and taking care of yourself?
Why do you complain about the same things and hope they go away the more you talk about them?
What are you thinking right when you get up?
What are you thinking when you are getting ready for your day?
What are you thinking about your job or commute?
What are you thinking when you are done at work for the day?
What about when you get home?
Start writing out the script…once you see how all of the thoughts you are having are actually creating the experiences through the day you awaken a part of you
So now what?
You start to challenge those thoughts… where did they come from? Are they true? Why do i think that? Do i enjoy what is playing in my head?
I bet you are feeling pretty overwhelmed right now?!
