He only thrust in her three times and she immediately got pregnant. Also, Alessandro keeps describing himself as a logical person who "doesn't do emotions," yet continues to get infuriated whenever Mia acts like a professional, agrees with him, and doesn't react emotionally to his abusive behavior.
