12 FEB 2025 · -Missed Opportunity- I love sharing conversations. Hosting requires show prep. My podcasting platforms feature thousands of guests. What you don’t have access to are the missed opportunities. The show prep was completed. The conversation didn’t happen. I keep all my notes! Paths will cross again. Let me explain Missed Opportunity. It’s my questions and statements without their answers. I’m leaving open enough space at the end of each question hoping they’ll download the talk and insert their answers.Missed Opportunity is a lost piece of history. Like a message in a bottle tossed out to sea. I hope to locate a destination…
This week we’re putting focus on my missed opportunity with songwriter Diane Warren. Missed Opportunity. A lost piece of history. You know the questions. Let’s locate the reactions. The door is always open. Reach out to me at mailto:arroec@gmail.com that’s mailto:arroec@gmail.com Be brilliant!

12 FEB 2025 · A day in the life. A six point whitetail buck visited me not once but twice on the same day. A reminder, a healer, solitude and confusion. What if this were Ukraine, Israel or Gaza? War doesn't love all living things.

12 FEB 2025 · Through the 1970s and 1980s Louis Eppolito and Stephen Caracappa served in the NYPD, rising through the ranks, each becoming decorated detectives. They are also responsible for what may qualify as the department's darkest chapter. For years the two cops operated not only as paid informants for the Lucchese organized crime family, but served as mob henchmen, committed a multitude of crimes and were involved in at least fifteen murders. And they came remarkably close to getting away with all of it. Michael Cannell, a former editor at the New York Times and author of the critically acclaimed A Brotherhood Betrayed, now has written the definitive account of the crooked cops' escapades and the trail of terror they left-which included the deaths and wrongful imprisonment of wholly innocent people-in BLOOD AND THE BADGE: The Mafia, Two Killer Cops, and a Scandal That Shocked the Nation (January 14, 2025; SMP). "Cannell pulls back the veil to reveal law enforcement's most lurid chapter, an entwined tale of decorated detectives on the mafia payroll - a true account of police depravity unearthed with intensive reporting." -Joe Pistone, New York Times bestselling author of Donnie Brasco "Michael Cannell's Blood and the Badge details the extraordinary 'Killer Cops' investigation, a harrowing story of corruption and murder within law enforcement itself. Cannell misses nothing."-Nicholas Pileggi, bestselling author of Wiseguy and co-writer of the Academy Award-winner Goodfellas

12 FEB 2025 · I’m always asking questions. The fun begins when you start researching for answers. Such as… How can we physically help a friend or family member who has fallen and can’t find a reason to get back up? Plus… is Hollywood movie making in deep trouble? I’m Arroe… I am a daily writer. A silent wolf. I stand on the sidelines and do nothing but watch, listen study then activate. I call it The Daily Mess. A chronological walk through an everyday world. Yes, it’s my morning writing. As a receiver of thoughts and ideas, we as people tend to throw it to the side and deal with it later. When a subject arrives, I dig in. It’s still keeping a journal! By doing the research the picture becomes clearer. This is the Daily Mess…

It's like someone who says they'd like to be 17 again. I don't mind just don't take todays technology with you. If you wanna go back please do but it has to be lived the very way you once did.

8 MAR 2022 · I could spend hours studying the effects of water and wind. How a one time sheet of glass glamorously paints the portrait of fall colors then swiftly evolves into a series of ripples by a restless wind. It's as if Mother Nature has sent out a message of her portraits being for a limited time. As people we endlessly send out signals. Body language! What our body is performer may not be what it's physically projecting. What is seen from afar versus what is truly heard are two different shapes of communication. Body language to a receiver is solely based on assumption. Because your body is saying this doesn't mean that's the vocal message. I've learned to work with the wind. To mess up the calm and give those watching waves of new beginnings. I see myself in two different places, on Undercover Boss and on Tik Tok. Camera's are always watching. No step is taken without body language. What is your body saying to other people? The worse part about it is how it's not what others are reading.
I don't write to right. I write so that others might. You can know the word but not the author
