I am a single mom with 4 kids all in various stages of life. My goal is to help motivate, inspire, and encourage anyone in need. I remember those days of feeling lonely and anxious. I want to use what I have learned through many wrong paths and adventures to add humor, thought, faith, and sometimes a listening ear to let you know that you are not alone. There will be a lot of self discovery on my side of this, as well as on your side as well.

2 APR 2021 · Everyone is talking about self care. What should we do to take care of ourselves and put ourselves first. But what is self-love? The Bible tells us to love our enemies and neighbors as we love ourself. If I don't understand how to love myself, then how can I love others? In this episode I get a better understanding of self love. I also describe the difference between self love and self care. Hopefully when you are done listening you will be able to look in the mirror, realize how beautiful you are, and love yourself a little more today.
29 MAR 2021 · Have you ever been so stuck in a problem that you had no idea what to do next? Same! I have been there so many times. I would get lost and confused. The constant stress and anxiety were killing me. Eventually everything works out. I got through it all with a lesson learned. In this episode I give some sound advice on how to get through those trying times.
Always remember that no matter what you are going through you are strong, smart, and brave enough to get through it. This is only your winter. Spring is right around the corner waiting to bloom with new life.

Sometimes so much pressure I fall into depression for my lack of where I think I should be. In this episode I discuss some ways to release tyourself from those pressures. We all want to be perfect. We need to find our own way of perfect and what works for us.

Times are tough with the struggle to balance working from home, or worse an outside job, and helping your child get the best education they can. In this episode I discuss the challenges I am facing. I also give some signs to look out for in your child's behavior. I am hoping for an end to virtual learning soon, but until then we are trying our best.
15 MAR 2021 · In this episode I share my struggles with parenting adult children. I am learning new ways to parent even when I am not needed. The struggle is real and hard a lot of the times, but I am getting through it. Slowly. I explain some of the changes I have had to make. Trust me those changes have not been easy. So with lots of prayer and letting go I am adapting. Hopefully this will help you along with journey of a new way of parenting.
