Navigation is hard when when you're navigating multiple areas, emotions, seasons, etc. Yet, navigation was never meant to defeat you. 29 APR 2023 · SUNSHINES!!!! On the last episode, we discussed how "it's hard...and..." And guess what?! It got hardEEERRRR and I STOPPED! But GOD IS FAITHFUL and INTENTIONAL about continuing to push..this time... He took me back to producing in His name through the vehicle of grace! Often times we spend so much time "making it happen", or trying, that we forget the rest that we have been afforded BECAUSE OF HIM and HIM alone. In other words, your future is BIG because of THE BIG---beauty in grace! Let's chat more about it, shall we?!

7 DIC 2022 · SUNSHINEEESSS!!!!!!! Is this season hard?! If so, IMA STICK BESIDE YOU! What I am learning is you do NOT always need people to co-sign on your interpretation of something, especially when it's YOUR own life. In medicine, there's a saying that "pain is whatever the patient says it is." I LOVE affirming people in their realities but I NEVER pass up an opportunity to remind them of the fact that two realities can exist together. :) I'll explain more in detail as you listen. 11 NOV 2022 · WHEWWW, SUNSHINES!!! I'm not sure if you are like me where being honest feels like an enemy. The kid HATES hurting someone's feelings! In this season, I am learning to be okay in allowing me to find my niche in advocating for myself first, as well as for others. I believe honesty can be hard to release when we can't find ourselves, our pure heart, IN what we release. Being authentic yet pliable is NOT for the weak at heart. Come with me on this journey of accepting my ways so that I can better convey my heart. I LOVE YOU!

19 SET 2022 · SUNSHIIINESSS!! One of the hardest things to do is strengthen your strength. Have you ever felt as though it takes STRENGTH to be strong or remain strong? If we really assess our lives, we will see we don't always take God along with us for the journey. When life shifts, we don't always know how to shift with shift. In other words, we are strong in one area or way but don't know how to be strong in a different area or way. You prepared for the battle in THIS way but now things have changed and you're unsure if you'll remain until the end. Thankfully, God gives strategy with the administration of His strength. Choose today to no longer waste time trying to be, in your own strength, what God will freely give IF we remain in constant communion and connection with Him. Let's chat about it.

8 LUG 2022 · SUNSHIINNEESS!!!! What YOU bring is just that-YOURS. It's easy to want to copy others instead of walk in confidence that who and what we are is enough to be effective in the earth. Some of us would rather copy and/or not even try than work and believe God will bless our path and our personalities. Yes, some things will have to change; and, yes, the difference OF you CAN be beautiful enough to stay-IF God allows. Let's chat about it.

30 GIU 2022 · SUNSHINES! One of the most frustrating things is when a mess is made in our lives, whether a mess of a situation or a mess of spilling a juice. NOBODY thinks to be "encouraged" by a mess when it happens. However, what I have grown to learn is that a mess is actually a buffet where you have multiple opportunities to choose how to make anything dirty beautiful again. In other words, your mess is here to serve you. Let's chat about it!

3 GIU 2022 · SUNSHINES! It's true that rain, storms, gloomy days are sometimes doorways to frustration, depression and/or stagnation. It is ALSO true, however, that storms are doorways to growth, blessings, advancement and so much more. In this episode, I share with you how storms and rain have become great friends of mine, not my enemies.
