13 AGO 2026 · In the first episode of the MIND Podcast, Eva Janečková, Ph.D., and Jana Parolková, M.A. et M.St. (Oxon), share the story behind the Erasmus+ strategic partnership project MIND – Mindfulness, Inclusion, Non-judgment, and Diversity.
Together, they explore the project's vision, goals, and values, highlighting its mission to support the mental health and well-being of young people and youth workers across Europe. They also introduce the partner organizations and discuss the motivation behind launching the project.
