'POLTERGEIST' ZAK BAGANS DROPS $80K FOR MOVIE PROP... Not Clowning Around!!!

Holly Madison is gonna loooove this ... her BF, Zak Bagans, just dropped a fat stack on the famous clown from "Poltergeist," and wants to keep it in his bedroom!!!

The "Ghost Adventures" star tells TMZ ... he threw down a cool $80,000 at an auction, and snagged the original clown prop doll from the 1980s classic horror film.

The doll's supposedly cursed -- 4 cast members died either during or soon after filming. That folklore explains why Zak's been trying to buy the clown for over a decade.

It was previously on display at Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas. Now that he's finally got it, Zak thinks his bedroom's the perfect place for a test spin. Although, he plans to eventually display it at his Haunted Museum.

The movie prop was used in the unforgettable scene when Oliver Robins' character, little Robbie Freeling, gets attacked by the clown doll in his bedroom.

I spent a night in ‘The Conjuring’ house and yes, it seems haunted
I’m glad it was just one night

HARRISVILLE, R.I. -- I felt almost giddy. My sister and I had made it through a restless night in a haunted house, and in the morning, the old farmhouse actually felt peaceful. As I walked downstairs from the bedrooms, I felt proud to have stuck it out where others had fled.

In the living room, I tapped the “ghost detector” device that had bugged us all night with its periodic beeping and made it light up. “How about some coffee, ghosties?” I asked cavalierly.

The detector lit up strongly and wailed loudly, as someone strode from the front room and came up behind me. “Look, the detector likes you -- it started going off when you walked in,” I said to my sister Susanne.

She didn’t answer, so I turned around. Susanne was not there. No one was there. The front room was empty. Susanne called down from a bedroom: “Who are you talking to?”

The old clapboard Colonial on Round Top Road inspired “The Conjuring,” the 2013 blockbuster movie about the haunting of the Perron family nearly 50 years ago. The film was loosely based on the papers of paranormal investigators Ed and Lorraine Warren, who conducted a seance here in October 1973 in an attempt to rid the house of spirits said to be tormenting the family.

Every guest must sign a waiver acknowledging that “the environment is designed to maximize the fright and anxiety experienced by patrons.” Along with the loose rugs, uneven floors, and dimly lit stairs, guests could risk “violent spiritual attacks,” “spiritual attachments,” “frightening statements,” and “unpredictable and surprising situations.”

Cory and Jennifer Heinzen, paranormal investigators from Maine, bought the house in the summer of 2019 with the intention of opening it up for tours. Earlier this year, they began offering overnight stays, at $125 a person, for people to explore the 3,100-square-foot house, its barn, and 8 1/2-acre property. They also provide paranormal equipment so guests can conduct their own investigations.

The Heinzens said they moved cautiously after buying the house, and slept in the small wing of the house for the first four months. “We gave [the spirits] that much space,” Cory said. “We didn’t know what to expect. We were just testing the waters and didn’t want to overstep boundaries.”

When they finally left the door open between the main house and the wing one night, they were awakened by a shadow figure.

“It was just peeking around the door like this. All black, just looking at us. I remember looking at it ... and [Jennifer] was like, ‘what the hell is that?’” Cory said. “I said, ‘that’s a shadow figure,’ and it moved real fast. She said ‘Awesome!,’ and we high-fived each other.”

“It wasn’t scary,” Jennifer said. “It wasn’t an evil presence. We were just excited.”

Inside Ireland's most haunted house which is now on the market for €2.5million

We visited Ireland’s most haunted house which is currently on the market for €2.5million – and ghosts are included at no extra cost.

Loftus Hall, on the picturesque Hook peninsula in Co Wexford, attracts thousands of visitors each year who fly in to explore the spooky 22-bedroom country house.

The large building, which dates back to 1170, perches atop the Atlantic Ocean and legend has it the devil himself has visited the property.

Story has it a dark stranger visited the house one night to seek shelter from a storm and Lady Anne Tottenham fell head over heels for him and he stayed on.

One night during a card game, Lady Anne is said to have dropped a card and bent down to pick it up only to see that the man sitting on front of her had cloven hooves instead of feet.

When she realised what she saw on front of her, he shot up through the roof in a ball of flames leaving Lady Anne in a state of shock from which she never recovered.

She spent the rest of her life locked up in the hall’s tapestry room after she went mad and her ghost is said to now haunt the mansion.

A local priest is said to have been brought in to exorcise the room but failed to drive out the spirits.

Aidan Quigley, who now owns the house with his brother Shane, was fascinated by the stories surrounding the building and decided to buy it in 2011.

However, Aidan now hopes the popularity of the house will help them find a purchaser.

He added: “I would love more than anything if the buyer showed the property the respect it deserves and tries to maintain it as close to its natural state as possible.

“People are drawn to the hall and its history and that’s what they are interested in. We bought it in 2011 for around €630,000 which included 63 acres.

“What really breaks my heart is that we never got any assistance from the Government or Failte Ireland and Loftus Hall, with the right amount of money and love, could be one of the top attractions in the country.
