Dahlborg, Sr., taps into his 35 years of healthcare leadership and performance improvement experience to bring the healthcare Patient and Family Advisory Council (PFAC) best practice to youth sports --- renamed and refocused as the Player and Family Advisory Council (PFAC). And through this system create:
•Improved access to fitness, athletics and sport for all youth
•Improved well-being of players, families, and communities
•Players better positioned for success on and off the field/court/ice
•Better quality, safety, performance outcomes and experience for players and families
•Increased Engagement (players and families/coaches and administrators/communities)

Dahlborg, who recently presented “Successfully navigating the non-X's and O's of Coaching” at the Maine Parks and Recreation Association Spring Conference, continues to partner with youth and community focused organizations to provide, evolve and improve tools and systems to better support our children and communities.
