So many times we hear the scripture and our beliefs, but fail to see perspective or even listen to reason. The Bible says Father's provoke not your children unto wrath. The Bible says Children honor thy mother and thy father, that thy days may be long upon the earth. The Bible says judge nothing before the time. So my question is in the Kirk Franklin situation why are we judging him in the time frame of hearing him cussing his son out? I do not condemn or condone, but I understand how these things can happen. So my question is what happened before Kirk Franklin blew up? What was the conversation. A lot of our kids get out of pocket and they can trigger and push us more than regular people on the outside. This situation needs prayer and healing for both parties involved. We must begin to understand that the child parent dynamic has changed and is no more. We have to see two grown men having a disagreement. How many spiritual leaders have had problems with their kids and we still love them?
