Today we speak with Artist Manager Mark Didia and we learn about how his passion for music turned into a 40 year career in the entertainment industry. Mark shares how this passion originally took him into the world of radio and then transitioned to the other side in the record label world. Through this journey, Mark speaks to the challenges of a cottage industry turning corporate and how difficult that makes the job. He takes us into the inner workings of the record label world and how that gave him the tools to enter into Artist Management.
