Listeners, hustlers our guest on this episode is the remarkable Jack Gibson, fitness entrepreneur, competitor, owner and visionary behind Fitness Worx (@fitnessworxgym) , a brand and franchise he has 10x himself in a little over 5 years. Jack started his passion for sports competing for Great Britain in water disciplines , leading to playing a high standard of rugby, and through recovering from a rugby injury found a purpose for power lifting leading to becoming a coach.
His passion for competition meant he stayed with the fitness game enabling the foresight to the creation of his gym, Fitness Worx into a full fledgling franchise. Jack, as of this year has progressed to the opening of his own P.T. academy where students can graduate to full level 3 P.T. qualifications.
Here we talk about the rigours of the fitness business, importance of having the end goal, long term game of patience, a little sneak to the future plus a whole host of entertaining and engaging topics. It was a real coup for the YHHS to get Jack on the podcast, for which Carl and Tom thank him loads.
