SULPHUR - Deputies with the Calcasieu Parish Sheriff's Office arrested 39-year-old Justin Wareham for illegal discharge of a weapon for his alleged involvement in a shootout at the parking lot of an abandoned business in Sulphur late Thursday evening. According to CPSO, Wareham is a known member of the Bandidos MC, an outlaw motorcycle gang.
