Kyle is still sore after a flight over Ohio where a seatmate slowly claimed his armrest, so he and Connor open Who Gets the Armrest as a full trial with opening statements, surprise witnesses and instant rulings. Acting as lawyers, witnesses and judges, they promise a clear code for planes, couches and movie theaters, with the loser stuck in the middle seat on the next family trip. Expect elbows, objections and family stories.

They hear early bird claims, middle seat rights on planes and theater drink rules, then couch dibs with sight and time limits plus home advantage for hosts. They reject elbow jabs, punish repeated leaning with popcorn duty and ban vague sharing deals except clear time shares, ending with verdicts for planes, couches and theaters. Along the way they trade popcorn runs, lemonade mix ups, blanket flags and confessions about driveway calls and couch slumps.
