That’s one of the quotes by Whitney Houston according to what I see written under some of her photos by the fans. I don’t remember hearing Whitney say those words but whether she did or didn’t, Whitney would often say that quote in so many words.

Whitney said that she wasn’t self-destructive. That she was not a person that wanted to die. That she was a person that had life and wanted to live. And those words always stayed with me.

It’s good that we have Whitney Houston fans to help us to remember. And if Whitney said that she was born free, she was letting you know that she needed to be the person that she really was.

I’d like to say to all the Whitney Houston fans online and everywhere, keep it up! Don’t forget about Whitney. It’s alright. Just don’t put her above God. And the Lord will be with you. Whitney and Mariah Carey said there can be miracles if you believe.

Some people say with an attitude: Oh, Whitney is dead. Don’t you know she dead?

If Whitney is with the Lord, her life is far from over. Some people don’t know nothing about God. I’m glad Whitney Houston did. Who knows what God has in mind? Who knows what he might have in store?

Some people say: Whitney didn’t want to live. She was on that dope.

But you can’t always go by what you see. It may not have been what you saw.

Well, we know Whitney Houston is free now. And people are doing all the things she said they would do. Writing books about her. Making movies. But that’s alright. They ain’t disturbing Whitney. Heaven is way up there and the worldly things are way down here. Whitney’s got a new business. And all the negative things that people were saying about Whitney, she might have been hurting when she was with us, but she ain’t hurting now. Sometimes people think that they are hurting somebody, but they are only hurting themselves. Whitney is just like she was born to be. She’s alive in your heart. You’ll see her again.
