When we experience traumatic or painful events in life, if we do not have the tools to heal from the experience, we have a tendency to stuff the feelings down.

As we stuff our feelings down, we carry those experiences and feelings with us. Whether we are aware of it or not, they play a role in the decisions we make.

If you are willing to do the work to let those feelings go, it creates a release within you. As you do the work, it gives you the opportunity to step through the door and experience life on a deeper level.

As a Soul Movement Coach, Molly works with her clients to pinpoint those experiences that are preventing them from living their best life. She uses her connection with her Angels and Guides to give her clients exercises and tools to work through the feelings and to heal. Molly uses energy healing modalities like Reiki and sound healing to aid in moving out old and unwanted energy.
